This sunny and bright 3BR/2BA corner condo offers a superb location just two blocks from the beach! Inspired by the sea, the well-appointed interior features an open layout and generous natural light. Admire wooded vistas on the breezy balcony or relax on the deck overlooking the pool.

Savor access to on-site amenities including the seasonal pool and boat dock and ramp area where you can fish or launch a kayak! Drive roughly 1 mile and discover seafood eateries, oceanside stores, and the Ocean Isle Beach Pier.

The beachy living area is outfitted with an electric fireplace, a intelligent TV, and two comfortable couches.

KITCHEN & DINING

The well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a wet bar, and breakfast bar seating for three.

BED & BATH

This single-level condo sleeps up to ten guests between three bedrooms and the kids' nook, each equipped with a intelligent TV.

Rest comfortably on a king bed in the master bedroom, complete with an en-suite bathroom with a delightfully tiled walk-in shower.

The second bedroom includes a full-size bed, while the third bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed and a twin bed. The kids' nook features a twin daybed with a twin trundle.

The guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Kick back and relax on the private balcony overlooking the woodlands, a waterway, and Jinks Creek in the distance. The private outdoor space is furnished with two Adirondack chairs, a rocking chair, and a picnic table.

The front deck overlooks the pool and has seating for two.

Make a splash in the unheated outdoor pool (open Memorial Day through Labor Day). Challenge your crew to a tennis match at the on-site courts or make use of the boat ramp and discover the open waters.

Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Wilmington, NC vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer vacations during Winter holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
