This single-family, four-bedroom home features marvelous ocean and waterway vistas, with simple beach access! The exterior of this home features a cavernous deck, where you take in canal vistas while listening to fantastic ocean sounds. Inside, there are five window air-conditioning units that can be controlled individually for added comfort - one in each bedroom, and one in the kitchen/living room area. The well-equipped kitchen and dining space are ideal for entertaining. The adjacent living room offers comfortable furnishings and a cable TV. There is a queen-sized bed in the four bedrooms and two baths in the home. The outdoor shower is ideal for rinsing off sand and worries after the ideal beach day.

Within three miles, you'll come across the bridge, causeway, spectacular eateries, and stores, as well as a Food Lion for grocery essentials. Closer to home, appreciate the sizable basketball court at the fire department three homes down.
