This delightful home has been refreshed with new comfortable furnishings, new floor, lighting, granite counter tops, new appliances, and so much more! ALMOST OCEANFRONT! Located on the east end of pretty Holden Beach, this delightful home is only steps away from the beach access just across the street, with no homes in front of you to obstruct the gorgeous vistas of the shining Atlantic Ocean. You will adore watching the definitely glorious Holden Beach sunrises and sunsets, as well as surfers, dolphins and boats from your ocean-facing upper sun deck!

Accommodating up to 10 guests, Bedroom #1 is located on the 1st level, offering a King bed, TV, ceiling fan, ocean vistas, and a private full bath with a double vanity and tub/shower combo. Bedroom #2 is located on the 2nd level, offering a King bed, TV, ceiling fan, ocean vistas, and a private full bath with a double vanity and tub and walk-in shower. Bedroom #3 is located on the 2nd level, offering a Queen bed, TV, ceiling fan, ocean vistas, and shares a full Jack-n-Jill bathroom with Bedroom #4 (tub/shower combo). Bedroom #4 is located on the 2nd level, offering a Twin/Full bunkbed, and a Twin bed, TV, and shares a full Jack-n-Jill bathroom with Bedroom #3 (tub/shower combo). You will savor the second living area located on the 2nd level, including a mini-kitchen and balcony access.

In just a matter of mins. you will have your toes in the sand, surf fishing or looking for your favorite seashells, or take a short walk to the Golden Holden mailbox of memories on the far east end of the island! The swimming pool at this home is open year-round. Pool heater may be available upon advance request only, with pool heating fee of $350 plus tax, paid in advance. Pools are cleaned prior to arrival, and also cleaned mid-stay for 7 nighttime units.

Note: This property has unobstructed ocean vistas with a low-volume, one-way, non-paved road between the property and the ocean. Access to the beach is via a beach access crossover located roughly 120 feet from the property.
