On the first level, you will appreciate the cavernous open-concept living room/dining room/kitchen areas, complete with lavish vistas of the glistening Atlantic Ocean, and a real wood-burning fireplace! The modern kitchen is well equipped, and complete with 2 new stainless steal fridges, over the range microwave, flat top stove & wine cooler. The enormous dining table has enough space for everybody to come together for family-style meals or playing games, all while making sweet memories! Bedroom #5 is complete with a King bed, TV, oceanside view and shared bath with a walk-in shower. Swimming pools are open each year from April 15 thru October 15. Pool heating is not available for this home. Pools are cleaned prior to arrival, and also cleaned mid-stay for 7 nighttime units.
