Home is completely refreshed. This property is 7 nighttime rental from June - August. Other than that, 3 nights are minimum.

Elegant 6 Bedroom 4.5 bath home on the exclusive, gated West End of OIB. All new beds and pillows; new family room furnishings; double stainless steel fridges in kitchen and a refrigerator in garage for your use; under counter ice maker. Start the morning off with coffee on the back porch listening to the ocean. During the day, swim in your own private saltwater pool or sunbathe by the pool or on the pretty beach. Later, savor your little piece of heaven walking the beach or play a game of corn hole in the backyard. At nighttime, relax on the front porch in one of the rocking chairs and take in the handsome sunsets.

This home is enormous and cavernous with all the amenities of paradise. Extensive kitchen, dining table that seats 10; bar that sits 4. Family room has huge 65" tv over the fireplace. Bedroom layout: First floor: oceanfront master with king bed and huge master bath and walk in closet; 2nd master also has king bed with a full size futon, private bath and sizable walk in closet. Second floor: Bedroom 3 has twin bunk beds; Bedroom 4 has a new king size bed with daybed w/trundle. There is a full bath in the hall between Bedrooms 3 and 4. Bedroom 5 has two queen beds and a jack-n-jill bathroom with Bedroom 6 that has 1 queen bed and twin bunk beds. All bedrooms have mounted Intelligent TVs. There is a half bath for guests downstairs near front door.

There's plenty of parking in front as well as enough space in the garage for multiple cars. Additional parking located across the street. There are linens for each bed included as well as bath towels in each bedroom. You will need to bring your own paper products.

About the Area

Located in Sunset Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.
Museum of Coastal Carolina and Ingram Planetarium are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
