❗️There are 2 reserved parking spaces only

❗️Any additional parking must be arranged off site at the guest’s expense

❗️No charging of electric cars or golf carts is allowed on the property

❗️No boat storage is allowed on the property

❗️Docks may be used for fishing and kayak launching only

❗️Boat slips are privately owned and not available for guest use.

❗️ Use of any private slip or docking motorized watercraft may result in immediate removal from the property without refund

❗️ Smoking is stringently prohibited inside the condo. If there is any evidence of smoking, a $500 fee will be charged for odor removal and additional cleaning.
