This comfortable, ranch-style, brick home illustrates Southern living at its best! Ideal for a modest group of family or friends who want to spend quality time together in close quarters and experience what it's like to live in southeastern North Carolina.

Inside, you'll find a cavernous floor plan, rustic hanging lights and exposed beams throughout. The open kitchen has a breakfast bar and enormous dining room table. The roomy living room features dark wood floor, a ceiling fan and a brick fireplace. Plenty of cozy seating in the living room makes it a great area to relax after a long day at the beach. Converse and catch-up one-on-one or gather the group and have an intense game of Charades!

Outside, a private yard and gas grille make a great area for creating memories together under the sun. There is plenty of room to play catch, have a water balloon fight or simply relax and sunbathe.

The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and T.V.. There is a shared, full-size bathroom located in the hallway. The second bedroom has two double beds and a ceiling fan.

Located in a peaceful neighborhood near the Intracoastal Waterway, a trendy place to fish or ride bicycles. It's a five-min. walk to a beer and wine store, restaurant and ice cream shop on Oak Island Drive. It's just a ten-min. walk to the beachfront and local eateries near the Oak Island Pier.

Guests with allergies should note that although family pets are not allowed for guest stays, dogs may occasionally be present during owner reservations.

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Long Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island.
