This is a brand new home for summer of 2023. Over 6,000+ square foot 10 bedroom 101/2 bath home has everything !! The photos that I have posted are from a home that used to be on this property we are replacing the home with a brand new one the decor and bedrooms will be very similar to these photos. We are adding a lot of extras including a Beautiful glass elevator overlooking the canal as you go up to exceptional vistas of the ocean and intercoastal waterway. Appreciate entertainment from 2 different living rooms a huge open kitchen, dining room , breakfast room with seating for 23. Decks on all floors with 360 degrees of water vistas. Outdoor amenities include a charming pool and hot tub, basketball court, soccer field, corn hole, horse shoe, jumbo chess and checkers, a shuffle board and a full play-set for the kids.
