This comfortable classic is ideally located between Wilmington's two beaches (15 mins.), and close to downtown and UNCW. A short walk or drive to Wilmington staple eateries; Keg and Egg and Whiskey Trail Pub and Grille.

A short, 1/4 mile drive from Whiskey Creek Public Boat Ramp and Kayak Launch. A mile in the other direction are four more Wilmington staples: Port City Java, The Veggie Wagon, Bar Masonboro, and Cut & Pour.

The ranch is a great home base for exploring all that Wilmington has to offer. Take a ghost tour downtown, Grab a pint at Wrightsville Beach Brewery, surf WB, or take a fishing charter out of Carolina Beach. Or stay home and appreciate a fire on the back deck under the pines.
