Coble Cottage is a handsome oceanfront home with one acre of land giving broad vistas of the ocean and dunes. A private boardwalk leads to the peaceful beach on the east end of Holden Island. This handsome home features it's own secluded private pool (open Easter - October). The home is located in the gated subdivision of Dunescape where guests savor use of community swimming pool, tennis/pickle ball courts, a full basketball court, and sand volleyball. There is also a community beach on the intracoastal. Attractively decorated, including new den furnishings with a queen sleeper couch, this home will bring Serenity to your beach vacation! Guests can also appreciate the Keurig coffee maker, new lounge chairs by the pool, outdoor shower with hot & cold water, and charcoal grille under the home. Please be aware that although this is not a dog-friendly rental, the owner brings their personal pet to their property. Guests with animal allergies may wish to consider an alternate home. Absolutely no family pets nor smoking allowed on this property.
