Three Seas at the Beach is a brand new 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom townhouse constructed in 2020 with bespoke finishes throughout. This property is an painless 4 min. walk to the beach. Pride of ownership throughout this home, and we hope you feel welcome when you stay! Appreciate the reverse floorplan with the kitchen and living room on the top level! Several private patios to savor the fresh ocean breeze! Close to everything, and you'll appreciate the proximity to the beach!

The Space:
All Going Coastal properties include bed linens, bathing towels, paper products, and soaps/shampoos. Please bring your own beach gear, or we can recommend our favorite local vendors for units.

The neighborhood is close to everything. Mix of visitors and year round residents.

Three Seas is centrally located to access all outdoor activities "Pleasure Island" has to offer fishing, boating, cycling, surfing, kayaking, and deep sea charters. There is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project and that it is normally concluded by May, but there is a possibility of delays.

When to go & When to reserve a rental home:

  • Summer is high season in the Wilmington, NC area. Booking a rental in Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your vacation. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable properties. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Wilmington, NC vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Owners sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Ask your property manager if discounts are available for your group before you book.
