The lower level includes an open living/dining/kitchen area, 1 bedroom and bath. Upstairs is the master bedroom opening onto a private outdoor space, master bath, and 1 guest bedroom and bath.

The connecting first floor door can be unlocked with advance notice for bigger families renting in combination with the other side #W148 (Vacation Rental By Owner # 3677328) for a total of 6 bedrooms.

Outdoor hot/cold shower. Parking for 4 cars in carport and driveway. Occupancy: 10. No Smoking. No Animals.

**Effective January 2, 2019 all holiday units of 5-21 nights for this unit will have linens included. On 4 nights or less you will still have the option to rent linens or bring your own; linen orders and bed making services can be added to your reservation at price per the rental contract.**
