Play fun yard games on the sprawling lawn or watch the boats go by while calming on the furnished, screened porch. Appreciate two ground-level bedrooms and two upstairs rooms; each room has access to an en suite bathroom. The cavernous layout features a coveted open design with a huge center island in the kitchen and a well-appointed living room. Dock details: The lower boat dock is 8 x 16 with two cleats corner bumper and bumper running across the front. It has an upper deck with covered boat lift. The top deck is 12 x 16 and the ramp is about 40 feet long.
