This pretty oceanfront home with refreshed, beautiful beach-chic décor is ideal for your island hideaway. Appreciate your own private oceanside swimming pool, coming summer 2023! This 7 bedroom/ 5 bathroom home sleeps 15 and offers gorgeous ocean vistas and plenty of room to spread out. Pelican Point is on two levels, each with its own living room, dining area, laundry facility, and kitchen (no dishwasher). The ground level has 3 enormous bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, while the upstairs has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There are NO interconnecting interior stairs, to access the up and down units there are exterior stairs on the street side and on the oceanside of the home. Every bedroom is equipped with USB charging ports and a flat-screen TV to stream all of your favorite shows. No cable, but every TV has streaming capability! Great location, just a short walk to the HB pier, General Store, and ice cream shop. Supplied with your rental is the "Ready for Bed" service so your beds will be made with fresh linens so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! A gas grille and an enclosed outdoor shower are a few of the phenomenal property amenities. Please note there is NOT a dishwasher in this home. Absolutely no animals nor smoking allowed on this property.
