About this Property

Heron’s Nest offers an refreshed decorated open concept living area with 9-foot ceilings that flow out to the covered wrap-around porch. The master bedroom is furbished with a king-sized bed. Attached is a private bathroom with a walk-in spa-like shower. Just down the hall from the main living area are three additional guest rooms. A bedroom with a king-sized bed, a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, and the fourth bedroom which has a set of bunk beds (twin over a twin), ideal for the kiddos (this room does not have a closet). All have access to a well-appointed bathroom with a tub/shower combination and a half bathroom. Off the hallway is the laundry closet with a washer/dryer. The open plan kitchen/dining/living area is optimal for family gatherings. The kitchen, with granite countertops, has been generously supplied with all the amenities you would find in your own home. Updated dining accepts family get-togethers with seating for +8.

Unwind on the wrap-around porch with superb sea vistas. The porch is a great place for morning coffee and afternoon refreshments.

On the ground floor, there is a private elevator that makes accessing this pretty condo a wind for the entire family. There is a private outdoor shower (with hot and cold water) to help rinse off the sand after a long day on the beach. The two-car garage can accommodate two cars (tandem) and storage space for all your additional stuff. Two car parking in the driveway.

The new owners have updated the condo throughout. Updates include a new dining suite, a new refrigerator with an ice maker, light filtering curtains in all bedrooms, updated linens, and a wireless printer with paper.

The bed configuration accommodates 6 adults and 2 children or 7 adults and 1 kid. The upper bunk has a weight limit of 75 pounds. Plus we offer a pack-n-play.

Our unit is kid-friendly. We have a high chair, pack-n-play, and sand toys for your use.

PROVIDED: WIFI, cleaning, completely outfitted kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all linens + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/price of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, new linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bicycles, cooler, and beach accessories are also supplied for your appreciation.

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement on file that will be emailed to you after renting. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your renting if the rental agreement is not finished within 48hrs.
