ensuite. This level also provides access to a peaceful, shaded back grilling deck and the laundry. As you traverse up the stairs, you’ll savor this home’s modern industrial touches-including corrugated aluminum stair risers, wainscoting and stainless pipe stair rails. Round the corner at the top of the stairs and the second floor’s mammoth open living/dining space astounds with its soaring ceilings, shining seascapes from every angle-through loads of windows and doors-and exceptional spaciousness.
