Chasers Bar & Grill is a fun hang out for Oak Island locals and visitors alike, thanks to a friendly and nicely casual environment, plenty of game-worthy TVs, and a host of traditional bar food that goes well with a cold after-beach beer. Located just a few blocks away from the oceanfront, and conveniently close to a number of local vacation rentals, hotels, and the Country Club Drive Bridge to Oak Island, this small but welcoming little lounge might be tricky to spot for its small stature, but promises plenty of good times once inside.
Chasers features a collection of casual tables and a nearby bar, which makes it easy for anyone in the small restaurant and lounge to view the big game on the overhead TVs. The menu is nicely varied and features all the pub favorites, including chicken wings and other appetizers, as well as patty melts, ruebens, Philly cheese steak sandwiches, tuna and chicken salad sandwiches, and special entrees like the acclaimed fish and chips or Hamburger Steak. When topped off with an ice cold beer or specialty made cocktail, patrons will have a fine excuse to take a break from the sun and unwind with a drink, a bite to eat, and a nicer dose of sporty entertainment.
