The menu is simple but traditional, with a full realm of lunch and dinner-sized barbecue favorites that are accompanied with traditional southern sides. Diners can dive into big helpings of barbecue pork, barbecue ribs, fried chicken, and pork chops, or more unusual but nevertheless classic southern dishes like chicken and pastry and Brunswick stew. The vegetable sides change regularly, but include southern standards like collards, black eyed peas, mashed potatoes and gravy, potato salad, and fried okra, as well as sweeter selections like peaches and candied yams. Take-out is also available for at-home feasts and party-sized meals, and a host of desserts, like cobblers and banana pudding, have a starring role on the menu as well.
