Vegetarians will find lots of options from the appetizers to the entrees, including quick bites like Tao Hoo Tord (fried tofu), and Thai Egg Rolls, and hearty dishes like Pad Ruam Mit (mixed vegetables.) Meat eaters have clearly not been forgotten, as there are plenty of entrees that can be created with chicken, pork, beef, shrimp, scallops, or even calamari as the star protein.
