Club Villas two-bedroom suites feature two queen beds in the villa and two queen beds in the mini suite. All bedrooms come with their own roomy bathroom attached. The Villa offers a living room with a separate dining area, a entirely equipped kitchen (including a range, refrigerator with ice maker, and dishwasher), washer/dryer, plus a screened porch overlooking the resort's natural surroundings.

All guests must sign an Affordable Grand Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Extensive Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Enormous Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.

All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is returnable minus cancellation costs

Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation costs still apply

When to book & When to go:

• Summertime is high season in the Wilmington, NC area. Booking a rental in the Fall or Spring is our best tip for saving money on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable properties.
• Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer rentals during holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host whether your group qualifies for a reduced rate.
• Property managers frequently offer renters an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for more information.
• Find a copy of your local Wilmington, NC visitors guide magazine upon checking in. If your rental property doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and visitor centers. In addition to great local information, travel guide magazines have offers and deals for nearby attractions, tours, restaurants, and shops.

How to select the perfect vacation rental:

• Select a group lead, choose your dates, and select a maximum budget.
• Note the number beds and what type of bedroom configuration your group requires. Club Villas unit 23A has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
• Precise information about bedrooms and bed counts & types is regularly available on booking pages. If not, email the property manager before you reserve the property. Note that most properties list the max. guest capacity, which typically includes sofa beds and bunks. You will need to determine what is optimal for your vacation.
• Visiting for a specific event? If so, use a map search to find nearby rentals.
• Proper accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. Make certain to inquire about wheel chair entry, pool lifts and specialized equipment needs.
• Some rentals allow pets, but some do not. Acceptable types of dog or cat, size and breeds may be restricted, and added charges may apply. Ask your host about pet restrictions before booking.

Tips to have a wonderful stay:

• Take a copy of the host's contact number and arrival/departure procedures for your rental property. Put the manager's contact information in your smartphone.
• To ensure that no damages are linked to your stay, note any problem areas during arrival. Get in touch with the property manager right away to report your findings. If there is a dispute about who is responsible, having the recorded issues and contact attempts will be useful.
• Ask questions. You may want instructions for a garage door opener, stereo or washer/dryer. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief call can prevent lots of concerns.
• Don't forget to respect your neighbors. Often times, surrounding homes are filled by local residents. Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking regulations reduces conflict and allows everyone to enjoy their day.
• Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Residents can typically help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to find the best seashells, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
• Keep the property locked while you're away! Don't let burglars spoil your trip.
• Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, take a walk through the rental property to confirm you've collected all personal belongings. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Please make sure to walk through the property a final time and look for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the host is not available, take pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
• Did your family have a terrific vacation? Most rental managers make it easy for guests to provide feedback. If your property and/or host was great, they would love to hear it. If anything was imperfect and they failed to correct it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
