THE LOCATION
Ocean Isle Beach has so much to offer and this elegant new home is the ideal place to stay while visiting our beach town! Located on the east end of the island this beauty is a short 2-min. walk to the ocean from it's second street location. Appreciate striking inter-coastal marsh vistas from the sizable portrait windows on the top level and crows nest. Top level living/dining area ensure you will savor every sunrise with your morning cup of coffee as well as pretty sunsets while dining with family and friends.
PROPERTY DETAILS
This property comes completely supplied with all the amenities you will need to have a comforting and calming vacation! This new build has covered parking and lighting for up to 6 cars. You will have access to a private pool (pool heating option available for an additional cost, please see "Important Information" for more details) and tiki bar and outdoor shower. There is (6) beach chairs supplied for your convenience. There are intelligent TV's in every bedroom and in the main living areas on both floors. The outside decks are entirely furnished with patio style chairs and furnishings. The bottom floor living area has pull-out queen sleeper couch. The kitchen is fully outfitted with all your needs to prepare a beautiful meal after a day at the beach. This home is very cavernous with an elevator making this home handicap friendly. All Stellar Beach units include bed and bath linens for all stays. This home has keyless entry to make the check-in process simple! To make your stay with us feel a little more like home, this property includes a propane gas grille.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Family Animals are not allowed at this property.
Pool heating is an additional $100 per nighttime with a 3 nighttime minimum. If you would like pool heating please let us know at the time of booking or at least 30 days prior to your stay. *Please note* pool heating is only available between October 1st - May 15th.
Fire pits and deep fryers are not allowed for use at this property due to the safety hazards they pose.
Pre-approval is required for events under age 30.
Smoking is not allowed at any Stellar Beach Property inside or outside. if caught smoking on the premises you will incur a fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid if you notify Stellar Beach in writing (by e-mail or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least ninety (90) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within ninety (90) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Stellar Beach. Stellar Beach highly recommends purchasing traveler insurance!
We offer Standard Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of Standard Trip Insurance is 7% of the total booking price. Standard Trip Insurance can be purchased up to 30 days before your stay.
We offer Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons (listed above) and 60% reimbursement if your cancellation reason does not fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of CFAR Trip Insurance is 10.8% of the total booking price. CFAR Trip Insurance can only be purchased in the period of two weeks after your booking has been made and only if check-in is more than 30 days out.

Located in Ocean Isle Beach, this vacation home is on a river. Rees Jones Golf Course and Leopard's Chase Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Ocean Isle Beach and Brunswick Islands Beach.   • Walk through the rental a final time and look for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the manager is not available, ensure that you take pictures of the property to record its condition.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Property managers rely on good ratings to compel future reservations. They'll be grateful for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other families will will be grateful for your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review.
