Property Details:
4 bedrooms, 2 full baths + outside hot water shower for returning from the beach! One of the bedrooms is designed as the "kids" room, with a intelligent TV, games. The sun room has a futon that can be converted to a 5th sleeping area. The home sits on a huge lot on a cul de sac which is a short walk to the beach. The yard is fenced in, you can sit on the deck and watch kids and dogs inside the fenced area.
