This townhome constructed in 2023 has 3 bedrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests (2 kings, 1 queen, and 1 full bed) as well as 2 full baths and 1 half bath. We are a smoke-complimentary and pet-complimentary home to ensure an allergy-friendly environment for our guests. The home is located in a peaceful neighborhood but not far from all the activities Carolina Beach and Kure Beach have to offer. The main floor consists of an broad living room with a couch, appreciate seat, and two rattan chairs. The living room also includes a table and chairs to play games, work on puzzles, or have a dedicated workspace. Some games and puzzles are supplied to help spend quality time with family and friends. Adjacent to the living room is a entirely equipped modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances that consists of all the necessary cooking and entertaining essentials. There is a combo drip/pod coffee machine in the kitchen that comes with complimentary K-cups and tea bags to get your vacation started.

1) Load dirty dishes and start dishwasher
2) Place dirty towels in the shower or bathtub
3) Set both thermostats to the ‘Cool’ AC setting at 76 degrees in the warm months or ‘Heat’ at 68 degrees in the cool months
4) Log out of any personal streaming services on the TVs, please try not to log out of the included Netflix account
5) Rinse off and return all beach accessories and the two hammocks to the outdoor storage closet
6) Place all garbage and recycling in the bins outside. Please roll bins to the end of the driveway
7) Conduct a final walkthrough to ensure you haven’t forgotten anything before locking the front door and outdoor storage closet
