The Space:

Welcome to Salty Kisses & Starfish Wishes, managed by Brunswick Vacation Units! This impressive 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom beach home offers the ideal blend of comfort and tranquility, located just steps away from the sandy shores. With striking ocean vistas this home is designed for relaxation and enjoyment.

The bright and airy living room features sizable windows that flood the space with natural light, providing gorgeous vistas of the sea.

  

The completely equipped kitchen features modern appliances, ample counter space, and a breakfast bar with 2 bar stools, making it a delight for both casual meals and entertaining.



The open design ensures you’re always part of the conversation, even while preparing delicious beachside snacks. 



The master suite offers a king bed and two twins with its own access to the balcony overlooking the ocean, an en-suite bathroom with a  walk-in shower, and a cavernous walk-in closet. The second bedroom sits on the street side and is suited with a queen. The third bedroom also sits street side, and offers a queen bed. All bedrooms are generously sized, ideal for family/guests. The second and third bedroom share the second bathroom, suited with a tub/shower.

You must be at least 28 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including kids) must not be under 30 years old.



NO home events, prom events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kind

 

NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise



NO fire pits or deep fryers allowed on premise



Please note the fireplace is decorative only (if applicable)



Pet friendly, up to two dogs max, up to 65 lbs each, $200 fee per dog



Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and tranquility of mind.



*Please note the 5% processing fee of the total reservation amount is non-returnable after booking*



In the peak season (Memorial Day - Labor Day), whole home linens and towels are part of the cleaning fee and are supplied in your reservation. All beds will be made up upon arrival with top and fitted sheets, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be supplied per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel.



**In the off-season (Labor Day - Memorial Day), linens and towels are NOT included in your reservation and are an optional additional fee of $130 at the time of booking. You can choose to bring your own linens and towels, or rent through a third event. (Last min. bookings: We need at least 24-hour notice in order to provide linens!)**



We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and a trash can liner per bin.



While we do provide some items to get you started, here is a list of a few other things we want to remind you to bring:
