Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located townhome. Keep it simple at this cozy 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom duplex located across from the beach and right on the CB Lake, making this vacation home close to all things that makes "Pleasure Island" special! Centrally located to the famed CB Boardwalk, eateries, coffee stores and cool drinking holes! This unit is PET FRIENDLY!

The Space:
The home comes with additional space in garage epoxy floor and plenty of room to spread out and have some fun.  Foosball, giant connect 4 and cornhole.

Other Things to Note:
We also supply the following for each property:
A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everybody has their own preferences for these =) Please review our home rules prior to your stay

There is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project and that it is normally concluded by May, but there is a possibility of delays

How to get the best rental value:

  • Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summertime is high season in the Wilmington, NC area. To get the most suitable rental home for your budget, we recommend booking in Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular Wilmington, NC attractions. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months.

  • Inspect the property one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, take video of the property to record its condition.
  • After your trip, leave a review! Property owners rely on good feedback to drive future bookings. They'll be thankful for your review. Alternatively, if something went awry, other vacationing families will appreciate that you share your review find their best rental home. Please be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the owner had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to fix it.
