public boat launches, fishing piers on both islands, eateries & parks for the kids. You will find 45 golf courses within 20 miles of OIB. Home is located between Myrtle Beach SC & Wilmington NC with the inter-coastal at end of street!

The three bedrooms feature a king bed, queen bed, and 2 full beds, ensuring a good nighttime's sleep for up to 6 guests. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with showers for a invigorating start to your day. The master bedroom includes a huge walk in closet that has a iron and board to press clothes. The kitchen is entirely supplied with all the things you would need to prepare any size meal, to include a new gas grille on the outdoor patio. All new appliances as well. The Beach Bunker also provides a new washer and dryer for guests. All furnishings was freshly purchased in September 2024 to ensure quest will have a comfortable stay! The owners have supplied intelligent TV's in all bedrooms as well a 55' in the sizable living room. Guests can log into their streaming services, watch the various complimentary TV included via the ROKU and Fire TV apps or watch one of the many DVD movies supplied for living room viewing.

The home is professionally cleaned after each stay. For those that take advantage of owners accepting 1 pet (DOGS ONLY) under 30 pounds, they have included a new kennel, food/water bowls and bowl mat. Dogs are to be left in kennel at ALL TIMES that guests are not in the home and at nighttime. Dogs are not allowed on ANY furnishings at ANY time. There are no exceptions and owners will have deposit taken for any additional cleaning required due to pet accidents, pet fur on furnishings and excessive pet hair on floors. The owners have supplied an vacuum and cleaning supplies. All dog poop in the yard is to be cleaned up in a bag, sealed and placed in outdoor trash can. Pet fee is $30 per nighttime. Monthly stays will be given a longer stay pet discount.
