The Tern Inn is the ideal way to spend your vacation with family or friends.

This handsome, pet-friendly, 2-story home was created with your family and friends in mind. We have a bespoke-made, ten foot dining table that conveniently seats 14, two separate sitting rooms with cable TV and DVD players and private baths attached to each of the four bedrooms. We have over 35 windows that offer pretty vistas of the ocean or Intracoastal Waterway so you can relax and appreciate the view from anywhere in the home.

We are also one of the few handicap equipped homes on the island with an elevator for simple accessibility and a full-size handicap bathroom with completely equipped shower.

You will fall instantly in appreciate with rocking in the chairs on the back deck while taking in the gorgeous vistas of the ocean that have made Holden Beach one of the most trendy family beaches around.

We have outfitted our home to help you forget about the busyness of life and fall in appreciate with kicking off your shoes and getting back in touch with fun and relaxation. We offer a library of books for your vacation reading downtime and body boards & sand toys for the kids (ok, the adults too). You can even come straight off the beach to the private outdoor shower and picnic area on the ground floor.

We adore our beach home and we think you will too. For bigger families or groups, consider renting our additional oceanfront property 'Sandcastle' (Vacation Rental By Owner # 442909) next door.

Located in Holden Beach, this vacation home is on the beach. River's Edge Golf Club and Carolina National Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Holden Beach.
