When to book a Wilmington, NC rental & When to go:

  • Summer months are high season in the Wilmington, NC area. To find the largest vacation home within your budget, we recommend booking in Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at popular Wilmington, NC attractions and restaurants.
  • The earlier your group can book, the better your selection will be. The best rental properties are reserved early. Reserving your rental home six - twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental.
  • Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your group.
  • Property management companies usually offer their guests an option to obtain trip insurance.
