Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August.
  • The sooner you can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable properties are reserved early. Reserving your vacation home six to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation rental.

  • Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and scan for damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, remember to take photographs of the property to record its condition.
