A nice, covered deck off the living area makes for a great hideout to soak in the salt air without all the sun! Just down the hall you will find the three guest rooms. The first guest room is furnished with two twin size beds and has a jack and jill bathroom that connects to the queen guest room. The third guest room on this level features a cozy king size bed, secluded balcony, and a private bathroom that is stylishly modernized.

The top floor of this mini heaven homes the main living space and is extremely open and welcoming! This property has been equipped with an elevator in the past, however, it is not compliant with Weston’s Law and therefore has been disabled. The elevator cannot legally be operated for any purpose. We greatly regret any inconvenience this may cause, and we appreciate your kind understanding as we work with the homeowner and our local vendors to eliminate any deficiencies and provide a safe luxury for everybody to enjoy. Stay Requirements: Friday to Friday rental in summer. Minimum of three-nighttime stay in other seasons.
Linens Configuration: 2 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin.
Parking: Covered parking for 1 car. The driveway can accommodate 2-3 additional cars.
Pet Policy: Pet Policy: Dogs welcome as an optional add-on for this property with a non-returnable fee of $250 + tax that is charged per pet. min. of 2 dogs per reservation. Charge will be added after booking when the option to bring a pet and number of family pets are selected. Nonrefundable costs are listed in the House Rules and animals must be disclosed via the Rental Agreement. Fees are not supplied automatically when booking on Vacation Rental By Owner and must be paid separately to the host if you wish to bring a pet(s). Failure to disclose and prepay for dogs will result in penalty costs which are disclosed in House Rule #16.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-returnable cancellation costs and travel insurance (if applicable).
