????️Shared Property
This is the top-floor unit of a two-unit property. The ground-floor Garden Villa is a separate, privately booked listing and may be occupied by other guests during your stay. Each unit has clearly separated entrances, indoor and outdoor spaces for a private experience.

???? Noise Policy
We ask all guests to be mindful of both the neighboring unit and the homes around us. We want you to relax, celebrate, and make the most of your stay — just keep noise at a considerate level at all times. Especially in shared outdoor spaces like the backyard, decks, and tiki bar, and observe peaceful hours from 10pm to 8am.

???? Family Animals Policy
We appreciate family pets—but this property is not pet-friendly.
Unauthorized pets may result in:
• Cancellation of your reservation
• Additional cleaning costs and/or fines

???? Smoking Policy
No smoking or vaping inside the home.
Outdoor smoking is allowed, but please ensure doors/windows are closed and smoke does not enter the home.
Violations may result in a $500+ fee.

⏰ Checkout Policy
Checkout time is 10:00 AM to allow our team to prepare for the next guests.
Unauthorized late checkouts may incur a minimum $150 fee.
