This home sleeps 8 and works especially well for families and mixed groups. It features three bedrooms, each with its own private ensuite bathroom, including a king suite, queen suite, and a bunk room with a twin-over-full and an additional twin bed. The open kitchen, dining, and living space creates an simple gathering area, with seating for up to 12.
Guests appreciate an easy walk to the beach. Beach chairs and body boards are typically available, and the outdoor hot and cold shower makes rinsing off simple after a day on the sand. There is also a grille, picnic table, yard space, and balconies with ocean breezes for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Parking is available for up to three cars.
The kitchen is well supplied for family meals and entertaining and includes both a drip coffee maker and Keurig. Intelligent TVs, high-speed WiFi, a laundry room, workspace area, and games, cards, and books for rainy days help make the stay comfortable for both relaxation and downtime. 4 decks for appreciating all of the city lights, carnival, fireworks, and ocean breezes.
The home sits directly across from a wedding venue, making it ideal for guests attending local events. The 5 Bd/5 Bath (same owners) directly next door can be rented in conjunction with this home for enormous groups. The home is also a short drive to Fort Fisher and the NC Aquarium, state parks, downtown Wilmington’s Riverwalk, and the ferry to cozy Southport.
