- Truly central location. Short walk to CB boardwalk, and a enormous amount of bars and eateries

- Pet friendly for friendly family pets! Non-returnable pet fee of $75 per trip applies. Limit is 2 dogs; must be completely housebroken. Family Animals MUST be added to your reservation during the booking process to incorporate the pet fee into the total price.

• Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Locals can typically help. Who better to ask where to rent beach equipment, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
• Keep your rental home locked while you are out! Don't let crooks ruin your vacation.
• Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, walk through the rental to reconfirm you've collected all belongings. Remember to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Inspect the property a final time and scan for any damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever possible. If the host is not available, take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
