The ocean vistas from this top-floor property are AMAZING!! This Carolina Beach Vacation rental is a few short blocks from the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, you can even sit and watch the Thursday Nighttime Summer fireworks display from the amenities of your oceanfront deck.

  • Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are high season in Carolina Beach. To get the largest rental within your budget, we strongly suggest booking in Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at restaurants, beaches, and activities.
  • Property management companies sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your family.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners often offer customers an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for specifics.

  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Locals can typically help. Who better to ask where to order delicious takeout, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, take a walk through the property to confirm you've collected all personal belongings. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the property one final time and scan for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the manager is not available, take pictures of the property to record its condition.
  • Did you have a fantastic stay? Most rental managers make it easy for clients to provide feedback. If your property and/or host was terrific, they would love to hear about it.
