  • Hosts are available to help! Don't be shy to ask any questions before, during, or after your stay.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like unpleasant vacationers bothering your peaceful home life. Employ the golden rule for common sense. Happy residents may even recommend great local food and attractions you would've never otherwise known!
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Local residents can frequently help. Who better to ask where to find the best bike paths, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Keep the property locked while you are gone! Don't let burglars ruin your family vacation.
  • On check-out day, take a final walk-through to make sure you didn't forget any personal items. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Leave feedback! Property managers rely on excellent reviews to drive new reservations. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other vacationers will be thankful you shared your experience and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the host had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to fix it.
