This rental features an extremely walkable locale, located in the Historic District near eateries, stores, and attractions. Outdoor recreation abounds with kayaking, boating, hiking, fishing, and swimming all close by.

For a day on the sand, travel under 20 mins. to Wrightsville Beach.

Located on the waterfront, this condo is in Downtown Wilmington, a neighborhood in Wilmington. City Stage Theatre and Burgwin-Wright House are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Wrightsville Beach and Carolina Beach. Wilmington Railroad Museum and Children's Museum of Wilmington are also worth visiting.
