We are located in a neighborhood that is conveniently close to so much of what Wilmington has to offer. Appreciate the main home with its 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a astounding Sunroom with wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling windows and vaulted ceiling overlooking an inviting in-ground pool (not heated). There is a washer and dryer that you are welcome to use on the back wall of the sunroom. Across the pool is a studio tiny home that is all yours to use as well. It comes equipped with a modest kitchen, bathroom and all the privacy you need to get away. It has a queen bed and a couch bed and comfortably sleeps 3. You have full access to both homes except for two closets that are used to store our tools and supplies to upkeep the homes. The double driveway leaves plenty of room to bring a mid-size boat! We are less than 5 mins. to a boat ramp!

*There is no gate around the pool. It is completely open and is only the steps away from the sunroom and the tiny home. Please be aware of your kids and anyone else that does not know how to swim.

  • Just prior to departing, complete a walk-through to make sure you did not forget anything. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the property one final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take photos of the property to record its condition.
  • Leave a review! Property owners rely on great reviews to compel future bookings. They'll be thankful for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other vacationing families will will be grateful for your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Remember to be objective.
