Picture yourself in our pretty ocean view beach home. Forever Summer is a bespoke constructed 5 bedroom, 6.5 bath gem that is professionally decorated and furnished for your max. enjoyment. We've tried hard to think of everything you will need to make your next vacation your best. This home features handicap accessibility throughout including an ADA approved shower in one of the bedrooms. Forever Summer also has an additional-sizable pool with a bathroom by the pool. Pool can be heated at an additional charge of $100 per day. The home also offers a wood-paneled elevator to help with bags and groceries. A very huge kitchen, additional huge front deck with premium rockers table and chairs. State of the art electronics with TV's in all rooms. Finest of all...painless access to the beach. Beach access is 75 yds away and we provide 6 chairs, pull cart and beach toys. Pack light, because all linens are supplied including sheets and towels for the bedrooms. We also provide limited towels for the pool. Our linens is cotton and comfortable along with our towels. Forever Summer features hickory floor on the third floor of this reverse floor plan with handsome tile on the second floor family room and plush carpet in each of the bedrooms. Appreciate marvelous ocean vistas from the front deck and peaceful wood preserve and inter-coastal vistas and sunsets from the back. The impressive kitchen was designed with enormous gatherings in mind with bespoke cabinetry, granite counter tops, stainless appliances, and all new cookware and equipment. Two dishwashers keep all the dishes clean and a drink refrigerator and a separate ice machine helps keep all your drinks cool on hot summer days. Unlimited hot water is always available simultaneously for all six showers (5 inside, 1 outside) from two Rinnai tank less, on demand gas hot water heaters. And, there are no keys to share as there is a key less entry that will be changed to accommodate each new guest.
