When to visit & When to reserve a rental home:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Ocean Isle Beach. Reserve your rental in the Spring or Fall to get the benefit of gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowds.   • Inspect the property one final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, take pictures of the property to record its condition.
