Welcome to Sea Colony 16A! Your peaceful Primary Bedroom Suite with ensuite bath will whisk you away to restful sleep. Kids and guests will appreciate the freshly refurnished guest bedroom and couch bed. You'll have all the basics you need at Sea Colony 16A to either prepare meals at home, or walk to the close by Ocean Grille and Tiki Bar. Savor the beach right in your own front yard.

 Long known as an economical Oceanfront Community, Sea Colony offers one of the most roomy and lush grounds than you will find in any other Oceanfront complex and features a pretty oceanfront pool and private walkway to the beach. Sliding glass doors with a full front winow wall create indoor-outdoor living space in the family room. You will adore spending time on the enormous 9x15 balcony while you feast your eyes on the grand Atlantic Ocean. Appreciate the community gazebo, oceanfront pool, and fabulous landscaping with broad green lawns. The location has painless access on and off the island, avoiding heavy season traffic by using Dow Rd. Ample lighted parking for 2 cars in the parking area requires a completely displayed parking pass at all times. The HOA does check frequently during the season in order to protect your right to park there as a guest. Vehicles not displaying a pass will be towed.

In response to increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

 Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4:00 pm and are guaranteed by 6:00 pm
Off Season Check-Ins begin at 3:00 pm and are guaranteed by 5:00 pm
Check Out is by 10:00 am
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early early or plan to delay your departure.

Hard Key Lock Entry. You will need to stop by our office to pick up a key.

- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking
- After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee
- After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re rented. If premises are re rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee.

During the summer months, the Boardwalk is bustling with the sound of music, carnival rides, bingo, family nights, and events like the weekly fireworks and concert series. Rent a Jeep, bicycle, or golf cart as the most convenient ways to navigate the island. Annual off- season events include the Cape Fear Kite Festival, Christmas by the Sea, and the Island of Lights Festival.

The area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Kure Beach, while Carolina Beach Boardwalk and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are popular area attractions.
