Welcome to our beloved beach condo, Take Me Awave. Coastal, modern, one bedroom condo with two balconies. One enormous balcony off of the living room with ocean vistas, one off of the bedroom facing the canal with spectacular sunset vistas. Walk across the street to the beach access- about a 1 min. walk. Totally refreshed as of July 2022! You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay.

  • Make a record of any damages to the property upon arrival, and immediately e-mail them to the host. We specifically recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain time stamps that are helpful if damages are assessed.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like disagreeable vacationers bothering your peaceful home life. Employ the golden rule for common sense. If they like you, locals might even recommend great local food and attractions you would've never otherwise known!
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Locals can usually help. Who better to ask where to find the best bike paths, have a great night out, or the best spots for crabbing?
  • Upon check-out, complete a final walk-through to confirm you haven't forget anything. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
