Freshly refreshed, elegantly furnished golf course condo 5 mins. from the beach. Ideal couples getaway for a charming hideaway, golf outing or calming beach vacation. The unit is a corner unit with wraparound deck, and overlooks a pond and golf course. Oyster Bay, Aberdeen Country Club, and Barefoot Landing are all close by.
The space
This penthouse condo is located on Oyster Bay golf course. Guests have access to a pool (open seasonally) and tennis courts as well. The condo has a kitchen completely equipped with cookware, and a separate laundry room with washer and dryer for your convenience. The wrap around deck off the living area has a gorgeous view of a pond with a fountain. The grounds are generously landscaped with mature trees. You won't want to leave!

When you rent my condo this is your home. You have access to all of the amenities including tennis courts, basketball hoop, outdoor pool.

Pool hours are from 9:30 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. and no one is allowed in the pool area prior to or after these hours. The pool is open Memorial Day - Labor Day. There is a grilling and picnic area as well.

The condo is located on the 3rd floor. Elevators are not available.
Other things to note
Appreciate the sugar sand on Sunset Beach which is only mins. away. The condo is near shopping outlets and boutique stores and there are eateries from casual grilles to fine dining. There is something for everybody and you won't run out of things to do. Savor access to 25 golf courses within 20 mins..

About the Area

This condo is located in Sea Trail, a neighborhood in Sunset Beach. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.
Ingram Planetarium and Tribal Island are also worth visiting.
