The property has granite counter tops, wood & tile floors, a entirely supplied kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot, Keurig, washer/dryer, Cable/Wifi and 2 HDTVs.

Outside, you can appreciate some peaceful time on the covered patio, or listening to the ocean from 1 of 2 covered decks or an impressive 4th floor crow’s nest where you don't just hear the ocean, you also get some marvelous view of it - ideal for a sunrise coffee or sunset beverage.
