With 3 master suites (king beds), plus four doubles and one queen, the home comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests. Each bedroom features high-end beds for a great nighttime’s sleep.

The completely equipped modern kitchen includes granite countertops, a huge refrigerator/freezer, and every appliance and utensil you’ll need to prepare for a crowd. Savor drinks at the wet bar with its own sink, drink refrigerator, and separate ice maker. The upsized island seats six, while the dining table seats ten, and the outdoor deck table seats six more — plenty of space for shared meals and memories.

Unwind in the bright, open family room featuring a sizable HD Intelligent TV, games, books, and puzzles. High-speed Wi-Fi (1GB download speed) keeps everybody connected.

Private Pool & Outdoor Oasis

Your backyard getaway features a 12’ x 24’ private pool (up to 5 feet deep), surrounded by comfortable lounge chairs and stamped concrete decking. Fire up the Weber grille (propane line supplied) and savor poolside meals with the convenience of a second refrigerator and freezer close by for drinks, groceries, and ice. Beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach wagon and body boards are included for guest use.

Pool heating is available upon request for $80–$90 per day (rate varies by season).
