Three bedrooms, including two with king beds, feature direct ocean vistas — ideal for falling asleep to the sound of the surf. Step outside to the wraparound first-floor deck, where the “5 O’Clock” Adirondack table has become a favorite gathering spot for morning coffee or sunset beverages.

Beach access is flat and street-level, just 20 steps away across a peaceful road — ideal for families and kids who can safely bicycle and play. Keep an eye out for dolphins often spotted from the decks!

Roomy Layout for Families & Groups

With three master suites (king beds), plus four doubles and one queen, the home comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests. Each bedroom features high-end beds for a great nighttime’s sleep.

The completely equipped modern kitchen includes granite countertops, a enormous refrigerator/freezer, and every appliance and utensil you’ll need to prepare for a crowd. Appreciate drinks at the wet bar with its own sink, drink refrigerator, and separate ice maker. The upsized island seats six, while the dining table seats ten, and the outdoor deck table seats six more — plenty of space for shared meals and memories.

Unwind in the bright, open family room featuring a huge HD Intelligent TV, games, books, and puzzles. High-speed Wi-Fi (1GB download speed) keeps everybody connected.

Private Pool & Outdoor Oasis

Your backyard getaway features a 12’ x 24’ private pool (up to 5 feet deep), surrounded by comfortable lounge chairs and stamped concrete decking. Fire up the new Weber grille and enjoy poolside meals with the convenience of a second refrigerator and freezer close by for drinks, groceries, and ice. Beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach wagon and body boards are included for guest use.

Pool heating is available upon request for $80–$90 per day (rate varies by season).

Linens and towels are not supplied but can be rented locally for about $12 per person, you are welcome to bring your own or use our "White Glove Service" for linens and towels with each bed made upon your arrival.
