Striking 3bdrm/2bath Ocean Isle Villas condo with a side view of the ocean from our porch. Just a few short steps to the beach and pool. Freshly modernized bathrooms and all new bedroom furnishings. TVs in every room with superb WiFi to be able to work from the condo if needed. Ideal for families. Marked Parking included for one car. Additional spots available first come first serve. No golf carts allowed on the premises. Linens are not supplied however can be rented from a few local companies on the island.
Bicycle or walk to the island center to shop, eat or play mini golf. Just a short drive to many great golf courses.

About the Area

Located in Ocean Isle Beach, this condo is near the beach. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.
Museum of Coastal Carolina and Ingram Planetarium are also worth visiting. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including golfing.

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Ocean Isle Beach. To book the largest rental within budget, we recommend booking in Fall or Spring months. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite Wilmington, NC restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer.
  • Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer vacations during Winter holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
