Both levels of this bungalow may be rented individually or as an entire home. "Henson - Upper" is the second level and features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, sizable kitchen, living and dining area. "Henson - Lower (C062)" is on the first floor and includes a ramp and also features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, a enormous kitchen and living and dining areas.

The upper and lower levels are both accessed from outside. Each floor has a huge open porch with swing, rockers, table and chairs. There is an outdoor shower shared for both units and a designated golf cart parking and charging station with room for two carts. Upon request a portable crib and high chair can be made available.

Lovingly maintained with great respect to it's history while also keeping it relevant for today's more discriminating guests, this home is made for making excellent memories with your family. Renter Requirements: Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old. Groups of unrelated occupants that do not reside in the same primary residence must be 30 years old.

Pet Policy: Animals are NOT welcomed in this property.
Prohibited: Smoking. Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-returnable cancellation costs and travel insurance (if applicable).
