The main level features a bright, open floor plan with the living room, dining area, and entirely equipped kitchen. The living room features vaulted ceilings, a comfortable electric fireplace, and a 65" Intelligent TV, creating a ideal space to gather after a day at the beach.

The chef-inspired kitchen includes a huge granite island, wine refrigerator, and ample counter space, making it ideal for preparing meals or entertaining. Just off the living area, the sunroom overlooks the pool and provides a peaceful spot to appreciate your morning coffee.

The primary suite is conveniently located on the main floor and features a king bed, enormous walk-in closet, and a extravagant ensuite bathroom designed for ultimate relaxation. A laundry room and half bath are also located on this level.

Upstairs, guests will find a second living area complete with a sizable sectional, Intelligent TV, and wet bar, offering the ideal hangout space for movie nights or calming after a day in the sun.

✨Carolina Beach Dog Rules:
-Dogs must be on a leash at all times.
- April 1 – September 30: Dogs allowed on the beach before 9 AM and after 5 PM
- October 1 – March 31: Dogs allowed on the beach at all hours

✨Heated pools in Carolina Beach and Kure Beach are typically heated seasonally, most often from early spring through fall, when outdoor temperatures allow them to function efficiently. Pool heaters rely on the surrounding air temperature to maintain cozy water levels, which is why they perform best when nighttime temperatures stay above 60°F. When temperatures drop below this range, especially overnight, it becomes much harder (and less effective) for heaters to keep the pool warm, even if they are running continuously. For this reason, heating is generally limited to in-season months to ensure guests get the best possible experience.
