Say hi to High Tide. Welcome to your home away from home! Ocean Isle Beach has so much to offer. Become a local by visiting all the family-owned eateries and bars on and off the island. Join in with kayaking, fishing, and close by golf courses. Ocean Isle Beach offers plenty of activities for kids of all ages. Our favorites are the Museum of Coastal Carolina and the Town Center Park’s splash pad! Finest of all, the beach is only a 2-min. walk away!

PROPERTY DETAILS
This handsome freshly constructed ocean view property comes entirely supplied with all the amenities needed to provide a fun and calming vacation. Beginning with the ground level, parking for up to (7) cars. and an elevator to provide painless access to each floor. There is a private pool, outdoor tiki bar and shower. Our storage area is outfitted with (6) beach chairs, beach toys, beach towels, an umbrella, two coolers, pool rafts and a second refrigerator!
The home is equipped with separate high speed Wi-Fi systems on each floor. No weak signals here. Intelligent TVs are located in every bedroom and in the main living areas on both floors. The first floor has a pull out queen couch, mini refrigerator and wet bar, with French doors that lead to a sizable open deck. The second floor has a huge open living area with elegant ocean vistas from both the kitchen, living room and deck. There is dining for up to (14). The kitchen is completely supplied with all the essentials you will need to prepare for a enormous group. The kitchen also features Keurig and drip coffee machines, a Ninja convection oven, blender, air fryer and a striking walk-in pantry! To make your stay with us feel a little more like home, this property includes a propane gas grille.
We constructed this home with your comfort in mind. You will appreciate the couches, beds and especially the hammock by the pool. We’re sure you will savor your stay.
All Stellar Beach units include bed and bath linens for all stays. This home has keyless entry to make the check in and check out process effortless!
One four-seater street legal golf cart will be included for all stays checking in on May 20th, and checking out on September 9th.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Family Animals are not allowed at this property.
Pre-approval is required for events under age 30.
Smoking is not allowed at any Stellar Beach Property.
Fire pits and deep fryers are not allowed for use at this property due to the safety hazards they pose.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid if you notify Stellar Beach in writing (by e-mail or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least ninety (90) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within ninety (90) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Stellar Beach.

We offer Standard Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of Standard Trip Insurance is 7% of the total booking price. Standard Trip Insurance can be purchased up to 30 days before your stay.
We offer Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons (listed above) and 60% reimbursement if your cancellation reason does not fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of CFAR Trip Insurance is 10.8% of the total booking price. CFAR Trip Insurance can only be purchased in the period of two weeks after your booking has been made.
