Our non-smoking second floor unit has the best southern view at Coral Surf. It will make you want to stop everything you are doing and take in the spectacular expansive view of the Atlantic ocean from our open uncovered balcony. Our completely refreshed unit includes brand new kitchen and 2 full baths. The kitchen has everything you will need, two kinds of coffee makers, blender, toaster and all your dining essentials. The 2 bedrooms and open living room come with intelligent T.V.s and is cavernous enough to accommodate 6 guests. Our unit also has its own private laundry with full size washer and dryer. Our unit has now been celebrated with over 100 5 star reviews! You will be walking distance to Carolina Beach's handsome boardwalk, stores, eateries and the striking Lake Park where there is a walking path and paddle boat rides. There is a private beach access and swimming pool literally outside the front door. The pool season runs from some time in May to sometime in October. For your convenience all linens are supplied with additional sheets and beach towels. There are beach chairs, and beach toys included in your own private ground floor storage closet with room for your own beach, golf and fishing items. Designated parking for 1-2 CARS ( please check last photo for parking spots ). No family pets, no elevator, not handicap accessible and definitely No Smoking, Vaping or grilling anywhere on the premises, fines will be implemented per incident. If someone needs to smoke or Vape they will have to go to the beach or the street. Golf carts, scooters, bicycles and any other chargeable electric devices are not allowed to be charged at Coral Surf unit E2. You may have an electric golf cart, however, must be charged off premises. Please read HOA rules at the end of the photo gallery before booking your stay.

Located in Carolina Beach, this condo is in the city center and on the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Wrightsville Beach, while Carolina Beach Boardwalk and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are popular area attractions.
