The second floor hosts an Owner's suite with king bed, generously appointed bath, and a private porch to appreciate your morning coffee or after dinner drink. On the 3rd floor, there are 2 queen bedrooms, both with water vistas and a 4th bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk bed. There is a bathroom on every floor including an outside shower and powder room on the ground/bar floor.
This downstairs lounge area has an entertaining bar, tv and plenty of seating to hang out and continue to relax after your day at the beach. The home also includes an elevator that goes to all 4 levels. There is a fire pit in the yard to savor on those cooler nights. Jersey Blues is located a couple blocks from the beach on the same street as the Ocean Avenue beach access, close enough to enjoy the proximity to the infamous Tiki bar.
This location gives you simple access to downtown stores, bars and eateries but out of the hustle and bustle for a really calming time at the beach. Hope you have the opportunity to come down and spend some time at Carolina beach and enjoy all that this brand-new beach home has to offer.
